Refunds & Returns
Please read the item description carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your piece when it arrives, or it has arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, to discuss fixing or replacing your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds and Returns are not accepted on custom design orders or made to order pieces.
Cancellations of orders on website are accepted within 2 hours of placing online order.
Please contact me immediately via the Contact page or by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues at all with your order or your Slow Yarn piece.
Please read the item description for processing times. Where processing time is not stated, I aim to package and ship orders within 2 - 3 days of payment, with the exception of made to order or custom pieces. Please contact me for estimated turnaround times for made to order and custom designs.
Postage & Handling
Postage and Handling will be calculated at the checkout. Postage on made to order and custom designs will be advised at time of order.
A tracking number will be emailed to you on postage of your order (excluding earrings, which are sent in an untracked envelope).
If you'd like to upgrade to Express or Registered delivery, please let me know and I can advise additional costs.
At this stage, Slow Yarn ships only within Australia. International shipping can be arranged, however this can be expensive depending on your item. Please contact me for a quote for international shipping.
Delayed Delivery Times - COVID-19
Due to Covid 19 and high demands on Australia Post, delays can be expected with delivery times. This, unfortunately, is out of our control.
